- Fulfillment of the legal obligation of the administrator resulting from tax and accounting regulations.
- Determination, pursuit and enforcement of claims and defense against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.
- Analysis of sales/purchases and statistics.
- Your personal data are processed on the basis of:
- Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of a contract/order to which the data subject is a party, or taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract.
- Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR, i.e. data processing is necessary for the performance of obligations resulting from accounting and tax regulations.
- Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, i.e. data processing is necessary for the implementation of the legally justified interest of the Administrator, consisting in the determination, pursuit and enforcement of claims and defense against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.
- Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, i.e. data processing is necessary to implement the legally justified interest of the Administrator consisting in the analysis of sales/purchases and statistics.
- Data may be collected directly from the data subject or may be transferred by your employer, with whom the Administrator has concluded a contract (this applies to business contact details necessary for the performance of the contract).
- The recipients of your personal data may be: post, forwarding, IT service providers, legal services, debt collection, operators of electronic payment systems and banks, bodies authorized to receive personal data under the provisions of law.
- Your personal data will be stored for 5 years from the end of the year of execution of the contract/order or until the expiry of the limitation period.
- You have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing data is a condition for concluding and performing the contract/order by the Administrator.
