ABOUT SIM GDYNIA
SIM Gdynia has been in existence since 1978 and has been a family business since its inception. We specialize in manufacturing the highest quality mechanical components for all industries. The company’s history shows that the fairy tale “American dream” is possible under any conditions. The beginnings were a small locksmith workshop with 4 employees. Today we employ nearly 250 people, including 15 quality controllers and 30 engineers. Our halls cover an area of 7,000 square meters. We have about 100 modern CNC machine tools and measuring equipment and 8 robotic machining cells. We have a number of quality certificates and awards, and our staff is constantly improving their qualifications. We are a supplier to many leading international companies.

In such a complex industry as CNC machining, we are aided by the implemented Enterprise Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 (Approval Number: 0053251) and ISO 14001:2015 (Approval Number: 00012585) approved by LRQA Limited.
The execution of our offered services complies with the requirements of Polish and European Union law, as well as other requirements to which we have committed ourselves.

- ensuring the functioning of the Enterprise Management System in accordance with the requirements outlined in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards,
- continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the implemented Enterprise Management System,
- building a strong corporate image and a robust organizational culture,
- engagement and a partnership approach to customer relations,
- building enduring and partnership-based relationships with key suppliers,
- ensuring adequate conditions for service delivery by meeting all basic requirements in terms of safety and occupational hygiene, as well as minimizing occupational risks,

SIM Gdynia builds its market position and develops its business without forgetting corporate social responsibility. Its important area is concern for the environment. SIM Gdynia not only identifies and complies with the environmental requirements stipulated by law, but has also implemented an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2015. As a result, environmental protection has become one of the main elements of the company’s policy. In order to implement it, an analysis and measurement of the impact of the company’s activities on the environment is carried out. Based on it, measures, including investments, are taken to minimize this impact. The company also takes care to raise environmental awareness among employees, suppliers and customers. As a socially responsible company, SIM Gdynia declares its readiness to respond to any signals regarding the operation of its environmental management system.

We employment without experience – any age, women and man – we will teach you the profession
Physical, light, developmental, forward-looking work
Two shifts for the trial period and three shifts after that.
